E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

12-month fixed-term contract

The role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to join our Equipment & E-commerce team at Les Mills International. In this hands-on, performance-focused role, you will be at the core of our global online stores—driving onsite execution, optimizing the end-to-end shopping experience, and ensuring that everything from product pages to promotions operates smoothly and effectively.

You will support the daily operations of our ecommerce platforms—building landing pages, coordinating product updates, managing onsite testing, and ensuring campaigns go live seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with UX, content, creative, and development teams (including external agencies) to create seamless, high-converting experiences that reflect our brand and meet our commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, you will be part of a fast-paced, inclusive team that values energy, innovation, and a shared mission to create a fitter planet—one exceptional shopping experience at a time.

Skills and experience you'll need:

You are a digital enthusiast with a keen eye for detail, a passion for performance, and a knack for turning insights into action. Curious and collaborative, you excel at testing, optimizing, and executing tasks efficiently. You possess a strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals and customer journey best practices, balancing creative thinking with data-driven decision-making across channels such as email, web, and social media.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

  • Coordinating and executing testing roadmaps across ecommerce and marketing channels (email, on-site, social).
  • Managing campaigns using tools like email platforms, CMS systems, and ecommerce technologies.
  • Transforming performance data into actionable insights to enhance conversion rates.
  • Working with ecommerce platforms and analytics tools such as Adobe Commerce, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategy.
  • Collaborating confidently with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Applying analytical skills to uncover insights and drive strategic actions.
