Job description

e-Commerce Content Coordinator
July 1, 2025 About the Company
This is a premium retail business experiencing exciting growth across New Zealand and Australia. With multiple successful stores across New Zealand and their first flagship store about to launch in Australia, the brand has a loyal following and a clear vision. The team is tight-knit, collaborative, and committed to doing things well.

About the Role
Based full-time in their Parnell office, this role is all about bringing the brand’s digital presence to life. As E-Commerce Content Coordinator, you’ll manage the visual presentation of the online store, coordinate product and campaign shoots, and play a key role in creating content that drives conversion. It’s fast-paced, fashion-focused, and packed with variety, perfect for someone who thrives in an energetic team and has a real eye for fashion & detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage weekly e-commerce photoshoots, booking models and stylists, styling product, and ensuring all items are captured and uploaded to schedule

  • Lead monthly campaign shoots in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring each collection is visually represented in a fresh, premium and compelling way

  • Own the content upload process in Shopify and Lightspeed, resizing images, updating product descriptions, and ensuring online merchandising is always up to date

  • Weekly digital merchandising of the e-commerce store to drive category performance, report on product insights, and suggest content improvements

  • Work closely with design, marketing, and merchandising teams to align content strategy with product drops, trends, and customer engagement
So who are you and what is your profile?
You’ll bring 2–3 years of experience in a fashion styling or e-commerce content role, ideally from a premium retail background. You’re fashion-savvy, detail-obsessed, and know how to make a product shine online. You’ve worked with Shopify and Lightspeed (or similar platforms), and you’re a natural coordinator, organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling moving parts. You’ll fit right in if you’re outgoing, collaborative, and thrive in a team where creativity and pace go hand in hand. This is a full-time onsite role 9AM to 5:30PM, Monday to Friday.

If you're ready to take your fashion content career to the next level in a role that blends creativity, coordination and style, we’d love to hear from you.
