NZ Property Solutions is a Dunedin-based real estate and property management company seeking a marketing designer to support our sales agents, property management team and wider marketing efforts. You’ll turn briefs into polished marketing material suitable for print, digital, and website content.

You will craft engaging social media content, print advertisements, and brand collateral while collaborating with the team to bring ideas from concept to finished artwork, and adapt to fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design skills with a strong eye for clean, modern design.
• Experience creating and managing social media content.
• Understanding of digital marketing and how channels work together.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Comfortable learning new technology, AI tools and marketing apps.
• Able to manage multiple jobs and deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Team player who can work with minimal supervision.
