Qualifications

• Experience in events, venue operations, hospitality or operational coordination.
• Strong customer-focused service delivery and stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate staff, volunteers or casual event teams.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication and a valid NZ driver licence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of a diverse range of events across our venues.
• Manage casual staffing, rostering, communications and timesheet administration.
• Coordinate bar operations, stock control, beverage services and supplier relationships.
• Oversee event set-ups, pack-downs and venue presentation with venue coordinators.
• Work with clients, suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide on-site event supervision and operational support.
• Support venue bookings, ticketing and customer enquiries.
