Job summary

Big Chill Distribution in Auckland is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our team at Highbrook. You will handle inbound and outbound administration for our 3PL warehouse, focusing on delivering excellent service to our customers.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with responsibilities including maintaining customer relationships, processing receipts and orders, coordinating admin tasks, and ensuring WMS data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse administration and order processing.
• Ability to manage customer inquiries within SLA requirements.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data uploads.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining postive customer relationships.
• Ensure customer receipts, orders and enquiries are handled within SLA requirements.
• Co-ordinate various admin tasks to be completed within timeframes.
• Assist in the implementation of new customers.
• Maintain the accuracy and upload of WMS data.
• Handle the follow-up of all E-Certs.
