Job summary

Big Chill Distribution in Auckland is seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join our Auckland team at Highbrook. The role covers inbound and outbound administration in our 3PL warehouse, with a focus on delivering excellent service to our customers.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, support customer receipts, orders and enquiries within SLA, maintain WMS data accuracy, and assist with new customer onboarding, E-Certs follow-up and related admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug test, MOJ Criminal Check and ACC check required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining postive customer relationships
• Ensure customer receipts, orders and enquiries are handled appropriately and within SLA requirements
• Co-ordinate various adminstration tasks to be completed within the specified timeframes
• Assist in the implementation of new customers
• Maintain the accuracy and upload of WMS data
• Handle the follow-up of all E-Certs
