Overview

Say ciao to Goode Brothers, your local Kiwi-Italian gastropub in New Lynn. We're less about servicing the traditions of the old country and more about bringing it in line with contemporary kiwi culture. Goode Brothers New Lynn is on the hunt for a superstar Duty Manager; it’s a fast-paced gig with plenty of responsibility, so ideally, you’ll need a current Duty Manager’s License and past experience in a similar role to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• Hold and maintain a valid Duty Manager’s License.
• Manage a fast-paced service environment with leadership and accountability on shifts.
• Lead the team to maintain consistently high standards of service and guest experience.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily operations.
• Go above and beyond for customers while ensuring the team remains on track during responsible shifts.
