Routerstack is seeking casual On-Call Data Center Technicians in Dunedin to join our team. You will support data center operations and IT services on an on-call basis, handling equipment storage, staging, deliveries, and basic IT support as needed.

Ideal candidates have basic experience in data center or IT work, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Training and remote support collaboration are provided to minimize downtime and ensure effective service delivery.

Job Summary:

As an On-Call Data Center and IT Technician, you will be an integral part of our team, providing essential support for data center, Small and medium businesses operations on behalf of our clients. You will work on an on‑call basis, assisting with equipment storage, staging, hardware deliveries, replacements, Network changes, Basic IT support and troubleshooting as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• On‑call availability to respond to equipment staging and delivery requests.
