Job summary

Ritchies Transport Holdings in Swanson, Auckland, seeks enthusiastic Tour Drivers for the busy summer cruise season, on a fixed-term, part-time basis. You will meet visitors on arrival and deliver memorable experiences with friendly service and informative commentary.

You must hold a NZ Class 4 licence, enjoy engaging with diverse groups, and be comfortable with varied rosters including weekends and public holidays. Join an iconic New Zealand transport team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Tour Drivers to join our team based in Swanson, Auckland on a fixed term, part time basis for the busy summer cruise season.

As one of the first people many visitors meet when arriving in New Zealand, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for cruise passengers and tourists exploring Auckland and the surrounding regions. If you hold a Class 4 licence, enjoy meeting people from all walks of life, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Skills and Experience

• Current NZ Class 4 licence (minimum)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident speaking with and assisting passengers from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to provide informative commentary and engage with tour groups
• Physically capable of handling passenger luggage as required
• Reliable, professional, and safety focused
• Experience driving coaches or tourism vehicles is advantageous
