In this role, you will demonstrate and sell cutting-edge technology, including haircare and floorcare, helping customers experience our client’s brand.

About the Role

Job Title: In Store Technology Promoter
Locations Available: Hamilton
Roles Available: 10
Stores: Harvey Norman, Noel Leeming, JB Hifi stores
Start Date: Immediate
Remuneration: $30 per hour
Timings: Friday, Saturday and Sunday with the flexibility of choosing your own availability. Hours are 10:30am to 3:30pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging in-store demonstrations of technology products, effectively showcasing innovative features and advantages within both haircare and floorcare categories.
  • Consistently achieve individual sales objectives by articulating the distinct value of each product category to customers, seamlessly converting demonstrations into successful transactions.
  • Uphold a clean and organised demonstration area, ensuring all products are fully operational and prepared for customer engagement.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and offering personalised product recommendations tailored to customer requirements.
  • Remain current with product advancements, features, and promotional offers to ensure the dissemination of precise and up-to-date information.
  • Accurately record shift activity by checking in and out of relevant reporting platforms, maintaining thorough documentation of customer feedback and product performance.
