The role encompasses the following broad aspects:

• Provide first point of contact for client inquiries in appropriate timeframes
• Troubleshoot & resolve client problems in appropriate & committed timeframes
• Escalate tickets where necessary with appropriate timeframe
• Provide excellent communication and client satisfaction at all times
• Go onsite when required as directed
• Other engineering tasks as directed

Location:

• Based in New Plymouth, work from home 3 days & 2 days from the Spark hub in New Plymouth
• Work onsite at client's premise in New Plymouth & Taranaki as required
