The Role: Site Foreman - Drainage & Reticulation | Oamaru & Waitaki Region

This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who knows how to lead from the front. You'll be managing crews and projects across the region, keeping things running smoothly and safely while delivering high-quality work. You'll be trusted to take ownership and supported to succeed - with training and development that grows as you do. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to expand their career, capable of inspiring their crew, liaising with clients, and working to the highest health and safety standards.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in drainage and reticulation, with previous leadership responsibilities (and if you have a qualification relevant to this role even better)
• Strong communication and team management skills
• A focus on quality, safety, and getting the job done right
• Willingness to be part of an after-hours callout roster
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
