Donor Relations Coordinator - Rosedale, Constellation Drive

We are currently recruiting for our brand-new Donor Centre in Rosedale (Constellation Drive) on the North Shore!

You will ideally be able to start early September for training, induction and orientation - ready for our Grand Opening in November 2025.

We are on the look-out for a new team member with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and the flexibility to handle a variety of tasks. To be successful in this role you will have a mix of creativity and attention to detail, enjoy talking with people and providing a great customer experience.

We value people who bring a different perspective, who are passionate, curious and comfortable with trying new things. To be successful in this role, you would also ideally have:

• Work experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
• Good organisational skills and effective time management
• A team focused approach

What you'll do

Less than 4% of New Zealanders are currently donating and you will play a key role in the retention of existing blood donors and the recruitment of new donors, aimed at growing our donor database.

This is a broad and exciting role where no two days are the same. You'll promote the benefits of donating blood and plasma so that we can meet growing demand for our products. You will work with people from all walks of life both in the office and throughout the region at special events.

We'll give you the opportunity to experience challenging work in an environment that will support you with on-the-job training and skill development.
