Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct discovery conversations with prospective customers to understand business pain points, matching prospect needs with our solutions to demonstrate value and technical fit.
  • Design an optimal solution for complex customer infrastructure and datacenter environments on a global scale.
  • Combine deep technical knowledge with sales skills to help customers test, integrate, and prove our products, remaining ultimately responsible for the technical win during the sales cycle.
  • Ensure successful execution and delivery of customer proof-of-concepts (POCs) and POVs.
  • Handle complex technical processes and swiftly resolve escalations.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations that clearly communicate technical value to diverse stakeholders, including both business and technical users.
  • Craft precise and clear responses to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable insights to convey clearly to Product Management teams.
  • Support marketing initiatives and Top-of-Funnel (ToF) activities by presenting at trade shows, delivering group-based workshops, and conducting webinars.
  • Support Full-Cycle (CARE) activities, including curating Consensus content, refining solution scopes, and creating value propositions.
Qualifications
What you need to Succeed
  • 8+ years' experience in pre-sales within high-tech sales environments, demonstrating a strong track record of success.
  • Strong technology aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate how identity security, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions solve business challenges.
  • Proven ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative, adaptive approaches and a deep technical understanding.
  • Solid knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience with LDAP directories and authentication methods.
  • Familiarity with enterprise application authentication technologies such as .NET, Java, and CLI.
  • Preferred skills in scripting and application development.
  • A proven ability to drive internal success measures, including Quota Attainment, POC/POV Duration optimization, Opportunity Time-to-close, and Average Sales Price.
  • Highly desirable certifications include CISSP, SANS, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Architect.
