Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand seeks an experienced Distribution Centre Shift Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficient inventory flow within our NZ Distribution Centre. You will drive performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain network.

You will manage a team of warehouse professionals, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

4+ years warehousing and distribution experience.
Experience leading and supervising teams in a warehouse environment.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
Strong reporting and operational performance monitoring experience.
Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and distribution activities.
Ensure efficient inventory flow and stock accuracy across the Distribution Centre.
Monitor operational performance and support achievement of service and productivity targets.
Complete stock takes, inventory investigations, and reporting requirements.
Maintain operational systems and act as a key user for warehouse management and ERP systems.
Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment, facilities, and operational consumables.
