Qualifications

• Driver's license is required to support travel in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist the NASC team to meet demand due to changes in Disability Support Services.
• Identify and coordinate support for individuals and families.
• Work with DSS providers, community services, and health agencies.
• Collaborate with the Richmond-based team to ensure seamless service delivery.
