Job Description: Director of Sales at Sunrise of Summit

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  1. Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement a dynamic sales plan, identify referral sources, manage customer relationships, and lead sales strategies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Ensure all team members understand their roles in sales and marketing.
  2. Driving Revenue: Achieve occupancy and sales targets by leveraging various revenue drivers.
  3. External Business Development: Generate leads, plan presentations, and build relationships with referral sources.
  4. Marketing Strategy: Create and update sales plans, conduct market research, and understand the competitive landscape.
  5. Resident Move-In Process: Oversee move-in procedures, ensure all paperwork is completed, and coordinate assessments.
  6. Financial Management: Assist in budgeting, monitor financial statements, and manage department expenses.
  7. Training and Leadership: Participate in training programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead team engagement initiatives.

Qualifications include a college degree (preferred), marketing and sales experience, goal orientation, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
