Job summary

Air New Zealand is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, primarily supporting recruitment across our Digital unit. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for your portfolio, build strong relationships with leaders and understand their talent needs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, provide market insights to support hiring decisions and deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across internal and/or agency environments.
• Strong relationship-building with leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting digital or technology roles.
• Curiosity and desire to understand the business and the roles.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation to manage multiple recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across your own portfolio, while supporting other corporate areas when needed
• Partner with leaders to understand their teams, talent needs and capabilities they require for the future
• Develop effective sourcing strategies, including proactive search, to identify and engage great talent
• Provide advice and market insights to leaders to support effective hiring decisions
• Deliver a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
