Overview

NZME is on the hunt for a dynamic Digital Strategist to lead the charge in driving digital revenue, elevating client experiences, and empowering our sales teams. How You’ll Do It

You’ll be the go-to expert for NZME’s digital product suite—across owned platforms and performance channels like Google Ads, programmatic, and paid social. Your mission:

  • Champion digital sales through training, tools, and strategic support.
  • Develop and roll out innovative digital solutions and packages.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to craft compelling client proposals.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and lead proactive initiatives.
  • Use insights and market intelligence to shape strategy and drive growth.
  • Build strong relationships across clients, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Lead with innovation, always seeking ways to improve and evolve our digital offering.
About You

You’re a confident communicator with at least 3 years’ experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing. You understand the digital landscape and have a proven track record of growing revenue through smart strategy and client-focused solutions. Familiarity with performance media platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic is a plus. You’re collaborative, adaptable, and always up for a challenge.
