Plumbing World is seeking a Digital & Social Media Coordinator to turn stories into engaging digital content across our network. This permanent part-time role (30 hours per week) based at the Parnell Support Office offers flexibility and real impact on brand storytelling and audience engagement.

You will capture stories from branches, suppliers and customers, create reels and posts, and help drive campaigns with creative, proactive content.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media within marketing or brand environments.
• Strong photography and videography skills with basic editing ability.
• Experience producing short-form video content for social platforms.
• Excellent written communication and adaptable style.
• Proactive with strong stakeholder management and organisation.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a proactive content pipeline across the business.
• Develop content calendars aligned with campaigns and events.
• Collaborate with branches, sales and suppliers to uncover stories.
• Capture high-quality photo/video content across Plumbing World network.
• Create engaging copy and publish across social, website and digital channels.
• Coordinate publishing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and website.
• Track performance and identify opportunities to improve reach.
