Overview

Our Global Marketing Team are looking for an emerging, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to be primarily responsible for leading our digital marketing efforts across owned channels, with a focus on driving engagement, visibility, and performance. Champion the brand across all digital touchpoints and ensuring alignment with the wider marketing strategy. This role manages content on our websites, email marketing (excluding product emails), social media management, and marketing automation, while supporting broader marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist, who is ready to take their next step into a Digital Marketing Manager role.

Website & SEO
  • Own and manage our "always-on" content across our websites
  • Project manage the current website migration
  • Support digital marketing for our biennial client conference, including event registration and app
  • Oversee website performance, cookies, and technical integrations
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
  • Manage and oversee our marketing automation platform, becoming our in-house expert
  • Create, execute, and optimise marketing automation programs and email campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the ongoing maintenance and effective use of the CRM database
  • Maintain data within marketing systems in regard to governance and quality
Social Media
  • Manage and oversee our social media channels, including managing the social media calendar
  • Perform keyword, industry, and competitive research to inform social marketing, and collaborate with content contributors
  • Manage our community across Vista Group channels
Digital Strategy & Reporting
  • Lead quarterly reporting across marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations
  • Manage and support digital marketing initiatives, adapting systems and processes as needed to comply with evolving data privacy and accessibility regulations (e.g. GDPR, cookie policies)
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, including AI tooling
Requirements
About you
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • Experience with Marketo, HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Experience with Social Media platforms and management tools
  • Experience with reporting via Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO principles including keyword research; SEO strategy experience desirable
  • Familiarity with or an interest in emerging AI-driven optimisation approaches such as GEO and LLMO
  • Experience working with virtual teams, across international markets
  • A strong team player who creates value and builds trust through your contribution and your genuine care in doing your best for your team
  • An effective communicator who builds trust with an open, honest and constructive communication style
