Job description

Looking for a varied and challenging position?

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to serve as ourDigital Marketing Coordinator.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns and collateral for Silvereye and related clients.

The role is part-time and 15 to 20 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing creative and engaging content using multiple tools

Editing videos tailored for diverse digital platforms

Designing and maintaining client websites

Managing social media accounts across platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Supporting high-profile projects for clients including content creation and campaign execution for New Zealand Chinese Language Week

Copywriting for various channels ensuring consistent tone and compelling messaging

Designing branded merchandise to enhance campaign impact

Managing budgets and resources efficiently to optimise campaign outcomes

SEO management including performance tracking and reporting

What you'll bring:

At least three years proven experience in the workplace and a strong interest in digital marketing

Proficiency in graphic design

Strong self-motivational, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented mindset

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends therein

Proficiency in SaaS such as Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite, Wix, Microsoft Office Suite

We are looking for a self-starter who is available from 1 July. Applications close Sunday 15 June.

Applicants must be currently located in Wellington as this role is primarily at our centrally located office on the Terrace.
