The Digital & Lifecycle Content Specialist (known internally asDigital and Content Specialist) is responsible for the development and delivery of personalised, omnichannel customer lifecycle programs that drive meaningful business results.

About the role:
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. The full salary range for this role is $87,000 - $118,000 (Band [G]).
We have a structured salary framework with three zones for those developing into the role (developing), fully effective (target) and contributing beyond what is expected of the role (upper).
Appointments are typically made within the target range of $87,000 – $107,000, depending on skills, experience, and internal equity. You’re a marketing professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and delivering effective omnichannel CLM campaigns, leveraging multiple martech platforms. You’re passionate about and have a sound understanding of CLM as a core discipline to delivering hyper-personalisation at scale, and can translate campaign reports into actionable insights and plans.
You’re also poised under pressure, highly organised and enjoy solving problems in a fast-paced multistakeholder environment. Whether you’re supporting your manager in developing a new strategy, optimising workflows, or analysing performance, you take a detail-oriented, privacy-first, and customer-focused approach. You enjoy working collaboratively and embrace digital tools and new ways of working to achieve business objectives.
