Job summary

You will work within Digital Support, coordinating with operations to identify root causes and implement permanent actions that reduce incidents and improve system stability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with problem and incident management.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and drive preventive actions.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with ITIL processes.
