The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Growth Manager to build and lead the digital growth engine behind eShepherd’s global expansion.

This is a highly influential role where you’ll shape how we attract customers, generate demand, nurture leads, and create scalable growth programmes across international markets. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, using data, digital channels, marketing technology, and AI-driven tools to deliver measurable commercial outcomes and accelerate eShepherd’s growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and execute eShepherd’s global digital growth strategy across existing and emerging markets

• Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, conversion optimisation, and digital campaigns

• Manage agency and platform partnerships to ensure maximum performance and return on investment

• Use data, analytics, and experimentation to improve lead quality, pipeline contribution, and growth outcomes

• Work closely with regional marketing teams to enable consistent, scalable growth programmes worldwide

Initially, this will look like

• Assessing current digital performance and identifying the biggest growth opportunities across markets

• Optimising paid search, social, website, and lead generation activities to improve customer acquisition

• Strengthening marketing automation capabilities to enhance lead nurturing and lifecycle engagement

• Building actionable dashboards that connect marketing performance to commercial outcomes

• Developing scalable playbooks that can be replicated as new regions launch

The Fit

You’re as comfortable talking revenue and pipeline as you are discussing SEO and AI search visibility, automation workflows, or campaign performance. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving complex growth challenges, and know how to balance strategy with execution.

To succeed, you’ll bring:

• Proven success delivering measurable growth, lead generation, and pipeline outcomes through digital marketing

• Strong expertise across paid media, SEO/AI search optimisation, marketing automation, CRM, and digital analytics

• Experience working across multiple regions or international markets

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions and results

• Experience managing agencies, digital partners, and marketing budgets

• An interest in emerging technology, AI, and modern marketing tools

• The ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, evolving business environment

• Experience within SaaS, digital platforms, scale-ups, AgTech, or other high-growth sectors is highly regarded
