Are you ready to make a significant impact on a transformative project? Fletcher Construction is seeking a talented and innovative Digital Engineering Coordinator to join our team for Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi (Te Awa Kairangi).

About the Role

In this role you'll play a key role in delivering accurate asset information models and supporting digital workflows across design and construction. This is a hands-on coordination role focused on Revit and BIM platforms, with opportunities to contribute to innovation and continuous improvement.

• Maintain and update Revit models across disciplines
• Train users on digital tools and BIM workflows
• Coordinate a federated model for clash detection and resolution
• Manage BIM platforms including Revizto and Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Support model-based quantity take-offs and change management
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to meet project requirements

What you’ll bring to the role

We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, industry experience, and a collaborative mindset.

• 3+ years in BIM coordination or modelling roles
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Experience in civil infrastructure projects in New Zealand
• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, ISO 19650, and NZ BIM Handbook
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Python scripting, Revizto/Propeller experience, and knowledge of Autodesk AEC Collection would be a bonus!

Te Awa Kairangi Alliance is delivering transport, walking and cycling improvements to the SH2 Melling interchange and rail station, as part of a wider flood protection and city revitalisation programme. Fletcher Construction is working with Alliance partners AECOM, NZTA, Taranaki Whānui and Ngāti Toa Rangatira to deliver this transformative project.
