We're on the hunt for a Digital Delivery Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy, people, and tech. What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of business-critical programs across Product and Technology.
- Acting as a trusted delivery partner for stakeholders, execs, and cross-functional teams.
- Translating big ideas into executable plans – and ensuring they’re delivered on time, to spec, and at quality.
- Proactively managing risk, dependencies, and scope – while always looking for ways to improve speed, cost and quality.
- Driving agile delivery practices while adapting to reality (yes, sometimes that means waterfall).
- Supporting go-to-market readiness for new products and integrations.
- Leading and developing a high-performing delivery team – with coaching, clarity and care.
- Supporting the Head of Tech Delivery and helping shape the future of delivery at Worldline.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery roles, ideally in digital product or payments environments.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Experience managing and growing delivery teams, with a focus on leadership and accountability.
- Deep knowledge of both agile and waterfall delivery models – and when to use them.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills – from the dev team to the C-suite.
- A hands-on, proactive approach – you’ve got skin in the game, and you're not afraid to get stuck in.
- Bonus points for cloud (AWS), DevOps familiarity, and Scrum certification.
