Job summary

PwC New Zealand is seeking an Associate Director in Digital & Data Transformation to shape strategy and architecture engagements across government, utilities, and banking. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop roadmaps, and build compelling business cases that translate technology investments into measurable business value.

You will apply sector expertise, mentor teams, and foster client relationships while contributing to proposals and market growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience across technology strategy and architecture, including transformation roadmaps and connecting business priorities with technology choices.
• Experience in a Big Four or similar environment with government/public sector exposure.
• Experience developing business cases and applying business capability modelling.
