Job summary

PwC NZ is seeking a Senior Associate to join our People & Culture Operations team. You will manage Workday administration, data governance, and analytics to ensure accurate, secure, and efficient people systems across New Zealand.

You’ll translate business needs into practical improvements and trusted reporting, collaborating with People & Culture, Payroll, Technology and global teams. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, support data accuracy through dashboards and audits, and

Qualifications

  • 5+ years HR experience, including 2+ years in systems analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and reporting capabilities.
  • Solid data analysis and system integration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate New Zealand requirements, system changes, releases, enhancements and issue resolution with the global Workday team.
  • Administer Workday business processes, security access, roles and permissions in line with privacy requirements.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee data through dashboards, controls and reconciliations.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports translating business questions into clear workforce insights.
  • Identify and implement system improvements, including automation and self-service capabilities.
