Job summary

Moana New Zealand is seeking a creative, digitally savvy communicator to help tell our story across social, digital, intranet and internal channels. The role involves producing engaging content, managing campaigns, and supporting stakeholder communications with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in communications, digital media or a similar role.
• Strong copywriting, content creation and digital communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Current NZ driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content across digital, social and internal channels.
• Manage and publish content for website, intranet and social media.
• Produce internal newsletter and other employee communications.
• Maintain digital information screens across Moana sites.
• Support social media campaigns, content planning and audience engagement.
• Track performance and use insights to improve content effectiveness.
• Maintain digital assets and support shareholder communications.
• Build strong relationships across the business to share compelling stories.
• Ensure communications reflect Moana's values, people and purpose.
