This role is an opportunity to help deliver best in class onsite merchandising and digital campaign execution for The Warehouse.

Overview

Reporting into the Omni Strategy & Experience Lead, the Digital Campaign Specialist (Customer & Digital Experience Manager) will ensure our content, campaigns, journeys and navigation are planned and delivered in a way that drives sales, conversion and customer satisfaction. Working closely with trade, marketing, creative and EDM teams, you’ll help bring our marketing and trade plans to life through smart, seamless digital campaign execution - from homepage updates to onsite content, search optimisation and everything in between.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead content planning and homepage updates in line with the trade calendar.
  • Support the planning and delivery of Major Trade Events.
  • Manage end to end digital campaign delivery, from briefing through to execution and testing.
  • Understand how can drive the best business outcomes by reviewing the full customer journey.
  • Understand and grasp the role of channels and the jobs to do at the different stages of the funnel.
  • Make sure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard, with accurate assets, pricing and copy.
  • Align onsite content with EDM and marketing activity.
  • Review and improve customer journeys to reduce friction and improve conversion.
  • Optimise search and navigation for better product discoverability.
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights to drive improvements.
  • Support the use of CX frameworks for the online environment.
Qualifications

You’re organised, detail-oriented, and have a natural curiosity for customer behaviour online. You understand how content and digital experiences can influence buying decisions and improve commercial outcomes. You're also confident working cross-functionally to get things done and bring clarity to complexity.

  • Strong planning and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Understanding of onsite journeys and digital campaign mechanics.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and manage different stakeholders.
  • A results driven mindset and commercial awareness.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Google Analytics capability.
Nice to have
  • Experience with content management systems and campaign delivery platforms.
  • Familiarity with search and navigation tools.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Basic HTML skills.
  • Wider marketing experience.
