Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora Southern is seeking a Diabetes Nurse Practitioner for Lakes Hospital in Otago. The role supports people living with diabetes across complex, gestational, and paediatric cases, with regular travel between sites to support the wider service.

The NP will perform direct patient assessments, clinical consultations, and teaching within a dynamic nursing team, contributing to quality programs and leadership across the service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years 0.8 FTE practice as a diabetes nurse educator.
• Current NZ Registered Nurse Practitioner with annual practising certificate.
• Current NZ Driver's Licence.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités
