Health NZ Counties Manukau seeks a Developmental Coordinator for the Ambulatory Paediatrics team within Kidz First. You will ensure seamless, whānau-centred care from referral to intervention for children with developmental needs.
You'll coordinate assessments, gather information, support families to navigate the system, and help shape developmental plans that reflect each child’s unique needs. NZ Registered Nurse with APC and 5+ years in child development are desirable.
