We are currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role sits within a busy IT support team, providing day-to-day technical assistance across multiple government departments. You’ll be responsible for resolving complex IT issues, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth operation of desktop services.

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience

  • Intermediate experience with SCCM, Azure AD, Exchange, and video conferencing tools
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
