Job summary

New Zealand Couriers Limited is based at our North Harbour Depot and is seeking Freight Sorters to sort and load parcels, ensuring timely courier pick-up and delivery. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and maintaining a clean depot as part of the nationwide mission.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, contributing to Fleet and Freightways Group operations and New Zealand’s trusted delivery network.

Qualifications

• Reliable, physically capable and safety-focused, with ability to work well in a team.
• Able to lift up to 25 kg as part of duties.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Available and reliable for day shift hours.
• Warehousing or depot experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Sort and load parcels accurately and efficiently.
• Work to strict dispatch and courier cut-off deadlines.
• Maintain depot cleanliness and organisation.
• Follow all Health and safety procedures and guidelines.
• Support team members to ensure smooth depot operations.
