Job summary

LANZ recruitment in Napier is seeking an experienced dentist to join a very busy general practice, offering both general and cosmetic dentistry including implants and veneers. The role starts part-time (2 days) and will progress to full-time later in the year when the new surgery is completed.

The practice is a multi-chair, high-end facility with CBCT, OPG, cone beam scanner, WaveOne rotary endo and Trios5 scanner. Accommodation assistance is available and earnings potential is strong.

Qualifications

• 1+ years clinical experience.
• Knowledge of and proficiency with all aspects of general dentistry.
• Confident planning and discussing treatment plans with patients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general and cosmetic dentistry including implants, veneers, crowns and endodontics.
• Discuss and plan treatment with patients in a clear, professional manner.
• Deliver high-quality patient care in a busy, multi-chair practice.
• Collaborate with a team of 4 dentists, 3 hygienists, dental assistants and a practice manager.

About the practice and the role:

• Initially parttime (2 days) and progressing to full time later in the year, when the new additional surgery is completed


• Multi chair practice, super busy, high-end practice


• Serving the community for more than 30 years


• Modern general practice offering patients general and cosmetic dentistry including: implants, veneers, crowns, endo, composite fillings,surgical extractions, pros, clear alingers, whiteningand hygiene


• Very experienced team consists of 4 dentists, 3 hygienists, dental assistants, and practice manager


• Equipment includes: CBCT, OPG, cone beam scanner, waveone rotary endo, and Trios5 scanner


• Remuneration: 40% commission or starting salary of $165,000 + relocation cost of $2,000
