Responsibilities

• Manage all front desk operations, greet patients and maintain records.
• Efficiently manage appointment bookings and maintain a full appointment book.
• Handle phone and email management and patient recalls.
• Provide pre and post dental care information to patients.
• Resolve queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Liaise with ACC, WINZ and MOH as needed.

This state‑of‑the‑art general and cosmetic practice is searching for the face of their practice.

About the practice and the role:

• Full time (Monday - Friday)
• Multi-chair general and cosmetic practice
• Experienced and skilled senior clinicians including dentists, hygienists/oral health therapist, dental assistants, and administrator
• Offering patients ortho, Invisalign, implants, endo, dentures, crown & bridge, veneers, whitenings, and hygiene
• Modern equipment includes digital x-rays and CBCT
• Duties to include:
  • Manage all front desk operations, greet patients, maintain patient records and accounts
  • Efficiently manage appointment bookings and maintain a full appointment book
  • Phone and email management, along with patient recalls
  • Pre and post dental care for patients
  • Resolving queries and concerns
  • Understand the workings and liaise with ACC, WINZand MOH
• Remuneration: up to $30 p/hrbased on your experience and skill set

About you:

• You'll have previous dental experience as either a dental assistant or dental receptionist
• Confident with Exact practice management software
• Comfortable speaking withteamsand runningmorning huddles
• Able to diversify your role in the practice, when needed
• Well presented and professional
• Warm, welcoming and friendly
• Provides exceptional customer service and patient care
