About the practice and the role:

  • Full-time permanent position
  • One-hour lunch break
  • 4-chair practice with a supportive and experienced team of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants
  • Offering patients general treatments including crown and bridge, veneers, implants, dentures, whitening, extractions, endodontics, and Invisalign
  • Modern equipment, including CBCT, CEREC, and an on-site lab
  • Potential partnership opportunities in the long term
  • Mentoring available from a senior clinician for less experienced dentists
  • Remuneration: up to 40% commission less lab fees based on performance, plus fully paid subscription for Seattle Study Club Membership and financial support for Kois, Pankey, or Dawson study programs
  • Opportunities to develop skills in complex restorative work, implants, and oral surgery

About you:

  • Ideally 2+ years of clinical experience, but all levels including new grads will be considered
  • Experience in a similar general dentistry clinical role
  • Interest in restorative, implant, and surgical work
  • Passionate about providing exceptional patient care

  • Ability to plan and discuss treatment options confidently with patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
