Job Description

How you’ll make an impact
We’re seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our Dinsdale & Leamington teams on a fixed-term contract until 27 November 2025.

In this role, you’ll support our highly trained clinicians across a wide range of treatments, ensuring each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play an essential role in creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere where patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with dental procedures.
  • Maintaining strict infection control protocols and sterilising instruments to the highest standards.
  • Supporting your colleagues to ensure the smooth, professional running of the practice.
  • Delivering outstanding patient care and service every day.

Hours & Location

  • Monday – Dinsdale | 8:45am – 6:30pm (9.25 hours)
  • Tuesday – Leamington | 8:45am – 5:30pm (8.25 hours)
  • Wednesday – Leamington | 8:45am – 5:30pm (8.25 hours)
  • Thursday – Dinsdale | 8:45am – 5:30pm (8.25 hours)
  • Total: 34 hours per week

Qualifications

Your experience and approach
Your biggest asset is a positive, can-do attitude and a strong team spirit. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Previous dental assisting experience (Certificate in Dental Assisting is an advantage, but not essential).
  • A positive, friendly approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong computer and administration abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A collaborative, professional approach with a strong work ethic.
