Job summary

Lumino Chartwell in Hamilton is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our busy practice. Working three days per week, you will support clinicians across a range of procedures and help maintain infection control and a high standard of patient care.

You will contribute to accurate charting, stock monitoring, and a welcoming patient experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience is helpful, but your attitude, reliability, and confidentiality are valued at Lumino Chartwell.

Qualifications

• Previous Dental Assistant experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using dental practice software (EXACT experience is advantageous).
• Strong typing skills.
• A genuine passion for patient care and creating positive patient experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, reliable, and trustworthy approach with a high level of confidentiality.
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture.
• Valid NZ work right.

Job Description

Dental Assistant Responsibilities
