About the role

In this autonomous and fast-paced role, you'll have the opportunity to truly embed yourself into our team as we redefine our presence in New Zealand.

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, accurate forecasting, and strong relationships are maintained.

  1. Run monthly demand account reviews, ensuring a 'no surprises' culture is embedded
  2. Own the demand reporting for New Zealand to be presented at meetings and key forums
  3. Lead collaborative planning with key customers in market
  4. Support in-market inventory management by working closely with the production teams locally, and in Australia to ensure accurate levels of stock
  5. Proactively manage risk to slow-moving inventory for the New Zealand market
About you

You are a motivated self-starter, with the ability to find opportunities in any challenge. You're a go-getter who thrives in environments where you can challenge the status quo to ensure efficiencies.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • The ability to think critically and analytically as well as challenge when necessary
  • Drive and deliver on KPIs
  • Work well under pressure
  • Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, and/or Finance are an advantage
  • FMCG experience highly regarded but not mandatory
