Responsibilities

• Drive effective and predictable delivery across multiple technology squads and initiatives.
• Lead Delivery Leads and Business Analysts, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Uplift delivery capability and embed agile delivery practices across the portfolio.
• Partner with Technology Managers to build high-performing squads.
• Facilitate quarterly planning, prioritisation and governance processes.
• Manage dependencies, risks and impediments to maintain momentum.
• Provide portfolio visibility through reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Foster relationships with technology, business and vendor partners.
