Southern Cross Health Insurance is seeking a Delivery Lead to connect strategy to execution by shaping how work flows across squads, value streams and practices. You will bring clarity, momentum and transparency to complex delivery, turning priorities into outcomes for members and the organisation.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, manage risks and budgets, and champion agile ways of working to create member and customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex delivery initiatives in a large organisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Expertise in managing delivery risks, budgets and resources.
• A collaborative leadership style and excellent communication skills.
• A strategic, outcome-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering customer-centred outcomes.
