Job summary

Ministry of Education in Wellington seeks a seasoned Manager, Delivery and Integration to lead a team delivering complex programmes that attract, develop and retain teachers, support staff and leaders across Aotearoa.

You will work across Education Workforce and external partners to design, implement and continue to improve initiatives, overseeing the delivery portfolio and digital tools that support delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
Extensive programme, project, change and delivery management.
Experience driving business improvements and embedding new ways of working.
Strong relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
Experience using digital platforms to support service delivery and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Lead a team delivering complex programmes and projects that attract, develop and retain teachers, support staff and leaders.
Collaborate across Education Workforce, the Ministry and external partners to design, implement and improve initiatives.
Oversee the delivery portfolio and integrate systems and processes across the Workforce Experience and Delivery Team.
Provide strategic oversight of digital tools that support operational delivery and reporting.
