Job summary

Reece New Zealand in Wanaka is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to support plumbers and tradespeople by ensuring timely deliveries of essential products and providing friendly, product-focused service on every visit. You’ll be the face of our branch.

You’ll make regular deliveries in a company vehicle, assist with stock control, and help keep the branch tidy and safe. The role requires a clean, valid driver’s licence, willingness to work varied shifts including weekends, and a readiness to

• Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and is open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Wanaka, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

• Make regular deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

• Providing customer service and information about products

• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone

• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities

• Help keep the branch tidy and safe
