Job summary

NAPA – NZ’s newest Trade and Specialist customer focused business delivering on our CVP of Market Leading Range, NAPA Know How and Everyday Great Value. This role will see you predominately out on the road delivering parts/products to our customers in the local area, with branch support for sales processing and dispatch preparation when not delivering.

We are a customer and team centric business that values high service levels, clear communication, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Clean full driver's licence required.
• Ideally prior customer service or delivery experience.
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts is advantageous.

• Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours per week)

The Role

This role will see you predominately out on the road delivering parts/products to our customers in the local area. When deliveries are not required you will also assist with in the branch with processing sales and preparing orders for dispatch.

Skills & Experience

Although a clean full driver's licence is required, attitude and personality are key for this position - We are looking for someone that will deliver a high level of service, as this strengthens our relationships with customers.

You Will Have

• Clean full drivers licence
• Ideally previous experience within a customer service or delivery role
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts would be an advantage
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Clear communication style and high attention to detail
• Positive and reliable team player.
