Noel Leeming is hiring for a permanent, full-time Delivery & Installation role in Auckland. You will deliver and install whiteware in customers’ homes, engage with clients to ensure optimal placement, unpack and install products, and dispose of old appliances with care.

Training is provided and a buddy will guide you through each step. You will play a key part in creating a positive customer experience, maintain safety, and follow store processes while working Sunday to Thursday, 7am–3:30pm.

Formación

• Physically demanding role requiring strength and stamina.
• Strong customer service mindset to create exceptional experiences.
• Full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence is required.
• Able to engage with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanour.

Job Description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!

The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.

As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

This is a Permanent, full-time position with hours of work from:

Sunday to Thursday – 7am – 3:30pm

Qualifications

This is a physically demanding role requires someone with a good degree of strength, that can keep up with our fast-paced environment. You’re someone who likes working and sparking conversations with customers, and ensuring their experience is exceptional means the world to you.

• Is physically fit and able
• Has a positive, can-do attitude towards work
• Understands the customers’ needs and can create a great experience for them.
• Ensure processes are followed explicitly and company guidelines are upheld at all stages of the customer experience.
• Maintain work area to an excellent standard, ensuring it is presentable and functional.
• Be responsible for the safety of yourself, others and the products when driving.
• A Full, clean NZ Driver’s License
