Job summary

Noel Leeming is seeking a Delivery & Installation team member to deliver and install whiteware products in customers' homes. You will work with customers to determine the best way to bring products into their home and handle unpacking, installation and disposal of old appliances.

The role includes full training and a buddy, with hours Sunday to Thursday 7am–3:30pm; it is permanent and full-time. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry items.
• Positive, can-do attitude towards work.
• Understands customers’ needs and can create a great experience for them.
• Follow processes and company guidelines at all stages of the customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Ensure safety of yourself, others and products when driving.
• Full, clean NZ Driver’s Licence.

Job Description

Our Delivery & Installation team members are responsible for delivering and installing whiteware products in customers' homes and being the last point of contact for our customers!

The job provides full training and a buddy to guide and mentor you. Your day will be varied, and it’s safe to say, your lunch break view will look different everyday! You will be engaging with customers to determine the best way to bring the product into their home, unpacking and installation, and disposing of old appliances and packaging as needed.

As a key point of contact with customers, you will play a critical part in creating a positive customer experience!

This is a Permanent, full-time position with hours of work from:

Sunday to Thursday – 7am– 3:30pm
