Overview

• On call as required
• $27.18 per hour paid fortnightly
• Covering shifts Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 0700 to 1432

Responsibilities

Deliver mail and parcels as the face of NZ Post in the community, interact with customers, collect signatures and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Work with a dedicated team to process and sort mail from the Tauranga branch in Tauriko, then deliver on your route using an e-bike, motorcycle, paxter or on foot. Deliver in all weather conditions, rain or shine.

What we’re looking for

• Availability to work on call as required Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 0700 to 1432
• MUST have your own transport to and from work
• MUST have a clean RESTRICTED or FULL Drivers License - compulsory
• Have a learners or above motorcycle license - advantageous
• Be ready for a physically demanding role – capable of delivering in all conditions
• Have a high level of numeracy and literacy – to sort addressing information
• Ensure your own and the health and safety of your colleagues
• Going the extra mile to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Passion for doing a great job and getting it right each time
