Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking on-call Delivery Agents to support our New Lynn Delivery branch. You’ll deliver mail and parcels to customers on your route, processing mail beforehand and then heading out on your bike to complete deliveries in all weather.

The role is on-call Mon-Sat, with a physically demanding workload and emphasis on accuracy and safety. Ideal candidates will have good numeracy and literacy, a strong customer focus, and a passion for delivering reliable service while supporting

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels to customers on your route.
• Process and sort mail at New Lynn Delivery branch before going on the delivery route.
• Use an E-Bike to complete deliveries in all weather, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries

About the role

As the face of NZ Post out in the community, you'll connect with our customers as you deliver their mail and parcels. Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll process and sort mail from ourNew Lynn Delivery branch, before going it alone out on your delivery route, using an E-Bike; rain, hail or shine!Delivery Agents are a hardy bunch, all united by one mission - to deliver for New Zealand.
